Leticia is a Professional Fitness Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Specialist. With 8 years in the industry and a degree in Recreation Studies, she can help you to reach your goals.  Credentials: BRS, PTS, PFS, FIS, CPR, first aid.  However, Leticia’s most important credential is “Mom”. With two small children, two dogs,  husband, and business,  Leticia understands your hectic life and how hard it can be to find time to eat healthy and stay in shape.
